Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of all products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted once production has begun. Mockups and design proofs will be sent for approval before production begins, and customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, colors, sizing, and design details carefully before approving. If there is an issue with your order, please contact crafted@thecraftedcustom.com within 3 days of delivery so we can work to resolve the problem.
